If Costco was closer, I doubt that I would ever shop here. Selection pales in comparison. Long lines to check out. One human cashier, everything else is self-checkout. What are the employees doing?
I think the pandemic has really had a huge negative effect on this store. I have been shopping there since the day they opened. I usually can find the products I need but sometimes they are short of things like paper goods. They also put coupons in their flyers for items they don't even have in stock. The deli is now closed due to lack of employees. The deli is my first stop at BJ's so this is very disappointing. We really need a wholesale store in this area so I hope they can...read full review

This BJ's location is in the Downing County area on Lancaster Avenue. They have enough parking and carts are located in the parking area. They do have a tire center, optical department. The customer service center is not the Great, but it's okay. It would be great if they keep any carts inside the store unfortunately you have to take it from the parking lot.
