My first time buying a bagel at this establishment I am giving them 5 stars
I ordered a bagel with lox and cream cheese. The bagel was very balanced with the right amount of cream cheese and Lox I also ordered their famous almond croissant it was really good as well I ordered a Sour dough loaf and morning bun that looks delicious.
I also met the owners Fran and Maria.
I definitely coming back
Thank you Fran and Maria for your hospitality
Regards
Victor

I just moved to the area recently and have been wanting to try Brandywine Valley Bread. I finally had the chance to go last week, and I found a dead mouse in my coffee. I tried to reach out to them privately to let them know so they could assess their store for obvious sanitary concerns, and I got a rude and unprofessional response from them. I sent them a clear video of the mouse falling out of my coffee cup. They sent me a response telling me I was clearly trying to scam them and said they didn’t know how to respond to my “ridiculous message”. I mentioned that I really liked their bagels, and honestly probably would have gone back for the bagels, but now definitely will not.

The food is great, the service is wonderful, and the people are the best. We always leave smiling. Love it!
Find them at the Phoenixville Farmers Market under the Gay St. bridge. This bakery specializes in sourdough products, and most of what we've sampled has been outstanding.
The highlight is their decadent Almond Croissant. My goodness!
This may be the BEST Almond Croissant I've ever had. It's big. I joked with a neighbor that it weighs 2lbs. It probably weighs less, but it's massive. It is also properly filled with a perfectly sweet creamy almond marzipan cream. The cream is also on top and holds the generous topping of shivered almonds. The pastry is flaky, crispy, and deliciously buttery.
This is a game changer version of a classic pastry confection.

If you're looking for Beyond delicious bread and bagels, this is go to spot! Plus, everything they bake is sourdough. That means people like me with a gluten intolerance can enjoy it too. Everything bagel with cream cheese that I got is the bomb diggity. So is the service. You won't be disappointed.

They no longer have vegan options here
Everything I have ever ordered is phenomenal. Great bakery, better people!
I've only had their sesame bagel, but I'm addicted! Without a doubt that BEST bagel I've ever had in 74 years....& I'm from Brooklyn, NY where we know a great bagel!
I discovered them at the farmer’s market. We love their semolina bread and other kinds of bread. Croissants are a treat,. I like the morning buns. My first time to try morning buns. Yes, the almond croissant is over filled. Not a fan of their bagels. Overall a great bakery. Top notch bread.

Very easy to order and the bagels and the bagels were good. If more than 3 or 4 people are in there it gets cramped pretty easily. I REALLY wish they offered hot bagel toppings!! If they had Bacon Egg and Cheese on these bagels, there would be lines out the door.
Bagels and bread were good. Seemed a little overcooked but pretty good prices seemed pretty high.. 4 stars
Wow ! Everything is so good here !! Thank you
Absolute horrible 1/10 never try
It looks like it changed. They had some beautiful looking croissants and morning buns, and I asked if any of the pastries were vegan and they said no. I got some plain bagels that were very good but really wish I could have tried some vegan pastries as mentioned in the other comments.
