The burgers are definitely the highlight—cooked fresh to order, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can choose from a wide range of toppings, making each burger completely customizable to your tastes. I’m always impressed with how generous they are with the portions, especially the fries. The Cajun fries are a personal favorite, crispy and seasoned just right, though I do wish they offered a cheese sauce option to dip them in. That’s honestly one of the few drawbacks of my experience—cheese sauce just seems like a natural complement to those crispy fries, and not having it is a bit of a letdown.

Aside from that, the fries are abundant—usually enough to share—and they’re always hot and fresh. The peanuts available while you wait are a nice touch too. The atmosphere is casual, but it feels like they take their food seriously, which I really appreciate.

Overall, Five Guys does what it does well: delivering a delicious, no-frills burger experience. If they ever add cheese sauce for the fries, it’d take things to the next level, but even without it, I’m always satisfied with my meal. Definitely a go-to spot when I’m craving a quality burger.“

“My grandfather and I went to Carmines tonight for the first time, and had the best experience. The sweetest woman greeted us so warmly and immediately thanked him for his service as a veteran. She then brought him a piece of delicious cheese bread for him to snack on while we waited for our pizza (she’d overheard him make a comment about being starving!) and chatted with him about his time in the military. He doesn’t get out of his nursing home much and these small gestures and interactions make such a difference! He really enjoyed himself and asked if that could be our new regular pizza spot. Everyone working was so nice (and it was a BUSY Saturday night!), the pizza was delicious, and I can’t say enough how much I appreciated the kindness. We’ll be back!“

“Food is generally very good. Sometimes, the food prep doesn't pick up any alterations. I ordered sandwich with grilled onion instead of raw and I still got raw. Not worth returning the food but attention to detail would be nice. This has happened to me in the past as well.“
