This past Monday I stopped by after work. First time at a Capriotti's, I had heard their sandwiches were good but I figured it would just be like Subway. I am so glad I was wrong.Their cheese steaks are good! I try every cheesesteak place I can and they really know what they're doing. No skimping on the meat, cheese melted in, fresh roll...delicious! I got the onions on the side because most places cook them in a way I don't like (raw, or slimy, too big, etc.) but instead they were chopped up fine, crunchy, soft, sweet, some char! Went great with my sandwich.The manager Michael was friendly, easy going, told me about the store and their food since I was curious and he knew it was my first time. He checked in to see what I thought and to make sure my eating experience was good. I recommend, I'm glad I know a place I can gladly go in case I'm ever on the road and don't know any of the sandwich joints around.

Just had a delicious turkey hoagie with added pickles. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Enjoyed a tasty sugar cookie as well. Service was great and workers were very friendly. Love getting the points on the app!

Place looked dirty, disorganized, tMy sandwiches were cold and when asked if they could be warm up we were told, we should have request it when placing the order. We were the only customers. My husband apologized but still no. Finally he had a change of heart and warm the sandwiches. Both employees staring arguing with each other about some money missing .

Mathew particularly did a fantastic job given my dietary restrictions and made sure I got the food I need.Vegetarian options: I have tried the vegetarian hoagies that taste as good as the regular sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: I have diet restrictions and the staff here are super helpful and made sure I got the food that need.
Worst customer service, worst attitudes. There is always an issue when going here. These people do not want to work. Plain and simple. Tonight's issue was -Placing an order online, quoted 30 min pickup.. i go when to pick up, they haven't even started my order and there's no one in the store. Just two visible employees working and taking to eachother doing nothing. When i asked for my food, then they made it. I'm coming out of working all day, trying to just get something and go home and this is the shit i get. This isn't the first time either, just the first time i am complaining about it. Not a single person who works here gives a single shit about working. There's so many times I've attempted to come to this location, doors are locked and employees are inside just chillin with a paper on the door saying closed? Yet online ordering is available. It's really frustrating because yea the food is good... if you can get it. Last month on February 11th, middle of the afternoon i stop in for lunch and the door is closed. And again, people inside just chillin watching me trying to get it. It's so ghetto. I'm done going here, hope it closes and all you people working have no job since you don't want one that bad.

Amazing food, amazing service. the steak is real the fries are good and so is the lemonade 10/10 the cheese steak has so much cheese and the bread is soft. My dad got the cheesesteak fry he said “amazing!”

Revisited this location for the second time and was not disappointed again! This time I tried the Capastrami and it was awesome. Kai was quick to take my order and even remembered my name! Definitely gonna recommend to my friends and family! Thanks Kai!

If anyone asks "Where to get a good cheesesteak?" in Chester County, this Capriotti's is THE place. But so much more. The Cole Turkey and The Bobbie are also the best around. We are so lucky the best cheesesteaks around are in Downingtown. If you're a cheesesteak fan, try them at Capriotti's and add grilled sweet peppers... no other cheesesteak compares!!!
