please put the correct salad dressing with the order. nothing like coming home after a long day at work, looking forward to your chicfila salad and the dressing is NOT what you ordered. YUCK

I don’t take the time to write reviews usually, but this specific Chick-fil-A is very poorly managed. I went in for a mobile pickup order, and saw them place my order on a shelf behind the counter a few minutes after I arrived. It was then another five minutes before an employee acknowledged my existence and asked if I had been helped. I gave him the name on the order, he went over, picked the two bags of food up, realized the drinks hadn’t been prepared yet, set them right back down, and went back to what he was doing earlier. Another 3 minutes went by, and a different employee finally asked if they could help me. I gave her the name on the order, and she didn’t even go over to the shelf, she went straight back to the cash register and started taking orders again. Finally after another five minutes, a third employee came over, made the drinks for the order, and set them next to our now cold/soggy food. He made another three orders worth of drinks, then randomly grabbed our order and called my name out. I got home, and there were no sauces, no straws and no plastic silverware. I drove all the way back, and the manager said, well what do you want from us? You didn’t bring the food back, all you have is an empty bag. I said I want you to make it right. So she gave me the missing items, and a couple cookies. I then went home to my stone cold and soggy food. Pathetic customer service. Come on Chick-fil-A do better.😑

This review is about Mark the “manager”. The talk of the town is they are coming for his head and I am all for it. He treats the people below him awfully, all in their ear while they are taking orders. He needs to go! He’s dragging the downingtown Chick Fil A name through the mud and not looking back. Everyone else there is awesome. When people are waiting a long time for their food he doesn’t seem apologetic when he greets them, he comes with str8 smoke. We need a Mutiny!

I have been here multiple times and the staff is utterly incompetent. They have repeatedly gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions, they are not friendly, and today they refused to serve me breakfast saying the cutoff time was 10:30am even though when i walked in it was well before that. Utter incompetence and lack of customer service among staff. Don’t waste your time or money here.
If I could give the service at this chick fil a a 6, I would. Mark was super friendly and very attentive. He even visited our table outside and brought us refills. We had so many fun laughs with him. Highly recommend this chick fil a. Mark made our night.
