Went thru the drive through. It was packed as usual . Waited half an hour for my food. Didn’t receive the correct order. Unfortunately I was unable to go back and had to leave . Called to resolve the problem no answer. The kids working there did their best, just think they are vastly understaffed . Out of money ,food and time from this experience.

Most disorganized Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I placed a simple mobile order and entered the drive-thru line and sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes and watched 12 cars leave that came in after me. They asked me three separate times what my name was. I eventually just took someone else's order because I was holding up my line so badly that Cars 4 behind me had their food and couldn't move because of me.I would like someone to explain to me how that even happens.

I got free nuggets because of the sixers game. The Polynesian sauce is the absolute best condiment for the fries. They brought my food to me, which made me feel elitist... and that made me feel powerful and important. I *am* powerful and important!! Thank you Chick-fil-A.I didn't take a photo of my food. But I *do* have a photo of my dog you can look at while I figure out what the heck is in that Polynesian sauce.

Their was not a play area, my daughter was very sad and disappointed. And there was no heat, it was very cold.
Been going downhill a while. Used to be my favorite but they're doing the shrinkflation thing where nothing changes except the amount of food in your bag. Large fry wasn't full and I was actually a little insulted at the size of the nuggets.I used to have chik fil a all the time but it's pricey and now not even worth the cost?
I notified the staff in the drive through that the last time I was there they forgot to bring out my ice cream cone and I drove away without getting it. They told me unless I had a receipt that they wouldn’t give me my ice cream cone they owed me from 10 days prior. Why would they think I saved a receipt from 10 days ago. I would expect better customer service from this restaurant.
Last 2/3 times I've been here I've waited 15-20 minutes for my food. It's pretty good but Chick Fil A usually is. Definitely not worth that wait and hassle though.
