We got a Thanksgiving dinner for 8 to 10 people. It was easy to order, pick up and re-heat and was really good. Could have used more cranberry relish and the cornbread stuffing was a little dry. Too much gravy

Overall, the food was good, thought some might find the portion of mashed potatoes smaller than before. However, the service was terrible. It took an unreasonable long time to received both drink and food.The atmosphere was unpleasant, as nearly every table seemed to be waiting for her meal long. I even approached the manager at one point, but he seemed indifferent. Hope you can find the problem since the food is good at the restaurant.

PLEASE bring back the roast beef and chicken pot pie. The pot roast doesn't compare to the roast beef- too dried out. Also, please make sure the mashed potatoes are not hard! We have to specifically ask our server to make sure they are creamy. We eat here at least once a week.

Food arrived cold. Server never checked on me once, I had to wave down the manager to get her attention. She brought out replacement side dishes and they too were cold. She didn't wait for me to even check. My biscuit was warmer than my entire meal. And I had to wave down a separate server to get my check. I eat at Cracker barrel frequently and this was a horrible experience. Not sure i will return to that location. It was really an off day for that location and they were not busy at all. Very sad.

I did curbside to go for the first time and ordered the chicken tenders w/ 2 sides and 2 rolls. I got 6 tenders and a good portion of sides for only $12.99! It was well worth the money. When I pulled in I added my space number in the online link and Wendy came out very quickly and made sure I had every item I ordered. I am very happy with this experience and will definitely order again!

Ordered items arrived incorrectly. We ordered Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots and we got regular ones with unrelated cheese thrown on top and no bacon.
Drink refill was forgotten, starter arrived after entrees.
Food was very good and server was kind.

I hate complaining if that makes any sense. This was the worst meal we had that I can remember. Our food came out with missing items, nobody cared when we asked. Had to get a manager and he wasn’t thrilled with us. I assume he deals with complaints often. My wife’s food was cold, tough like leather and super salty. My breakfast was dried up and not good. Why has this location tanked so much?

This is my favorite restaurant. I don't care what location it is, I love the atmosphere and the old timey feel. I tried the fried turkey and was honestly surprised how good it was. My husband always gets their fried chicken. He says it's the best. It was an early dinner. We talked to the waitress. She works 2 jobs so she can send her daughter to college. As always I made sure she had a good tip. For us to go out it has to be a special occasion, so we made it a good one for her, too.
