Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The server was rude. Wouldn’t pay attention to what we were ordering. Handicap person was with us and could not eat a full meal and we said we didn’t want everything. It was included only the portion we requested he could not get it through his head and started getting argumentative then he walked away and got an assistant manager, who wasn’t much better. All we wanted for mom was the meatloaf and mashed potatoes that came with it and nothing else. My husband tried ordering the meatloaf meal and couldn’t get it through anybody’s head that he wanted the full meal for himself. We should have gotten up and walked out. We will never return there again. My best friend told me months ago she would never go there because of bad problems never again.

You can never go wrong when pulling in to dine at Cracker Barrel old country store . Always great food and service , always recommend eating in to see for yourself .

Friendly staff, variety of merchandise, and just a fun place to visit!

Worlds slowest service. Waited over an hour for our meal to come out. It never did. Don’t come to this location unless you have literally all day to wait. I’d give -5 stars if I could.

Didn't have anything much on the menu. no silverware. no plates for the rolls. no mashed potatoes. when the food finally came out it was stone cold.

Like the store, but not the food in the restaurant at one time, it was good no longer

Got a delicious cheeseburger here, first time I had one here and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend it.

It's Cracker Barrel. Always can count on them for decent food and service. Our waitress was outstanding this time ! (I can't find our receipt or remember her name. Older woman, short hair, glasses,handled everything like a boss!!)

I love Cracker Barrel pancakes but this experience was not good. The griddle they used was not clean. I could smell and taste everything that was cooked on the griddle all morning. Also the bacon came out luke warm.

The service was efficient and we had fun shopping in the store.

I was craving a country fried steak and they have always had the best. Today was no disappointment. The food was great, arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My only drawback was the service. The waiter seemed new and was not very attentive to me. He didn’t come and check on me and when I asked for a to go box he brought me a small little bag that would only hold a biscuit. Nonetheless the food was good and I enjoyed it. Always good to come here.
