It is a great environment and clean. The working staff is always professional—a great local place to relax.

Food is usually good. Sadly the pizza is no where near as good as previous owners made it. Crust is too thick and chewey. Also interior is disgusting lately. Big holes in the ceiling... terrible looking and rather disturbing to customers.

This bar is definitely in my top 3 in Chester county. Always friendly company and familiar faces. One of the last place's you can still smoke while sitting at the bar. I will five star this place all day.

been going to crossroads for 15 years and today was the last. waited 45 for 4 hotdogs that came out cold. happens sometimes yes. when asked for a manager the server Kathy (who was nice at first) came out to argue instead. As someone who is in the industry, that is NOT how you treat PAYING costumers. and to the owner who came out just to argue with my husband further shame on you. i don't care if she is your best server, even the best of servers should own up when they're in the wrong. good luck staying in business with the way that place is ran. sure osha would like to know you have an establishment that isn't up to code with all the mold on your walls.

Tried this place for the first time in 20 years. It was ok but nothing special. I remember the cheese steaks being better but it was 20 years ago!! Tasted greasy and the cheese was cold on top. Find it weird, fries etc are all extra. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn't necessarily come back. Carl's in Bethlehem is better.

Came here a few times on a Monday evening. I was surprised to see how many people were actually here. The food was only okay, nothing amazing but it gets the job done. I had their cheese steak and it was what I would expect from a pub/bar. Others tell me the pizza is good.

I have been eating at Crossroads since 1971. Newer owners do a great job carrying on tradition. The young ladies at rear take out do a superb job with orders! Of course, the fish on the wall and cozy environment makes the dining experience. Only suggestion is less char on the yummy cheeseburgers.

Went on a Saturday afternoon, sat on the porch which was fairly full. Incredibly, the only waitress was also the bartender (inside was empty), which made for a long wait for drinks and food delivery to table. The Bloody Marys we ordered were just awful, tasting as if she squeezed the slop rag out into our glasses, along with some old-tasting tomato juice. The vodka wasn't even detectable. The pizza was a far cry from what was served here a few years ago, with a soggy, undercooked crust, and a watery, salty tomato sauce on top. No reason to ever come back to this joint, sorry.

It's my favorite "come as you are" drinking establishment! Everyone is welcomed.

My daughter was in from Arizona and we had lunch at the crossroads today . Our server Kathy made our experience that much better, Come in and ask for her. And the pizza was delicious .

Upon entering this establishment for only our second time, wait staff were not thrilled to see us walk in, a party of only two at 6:00 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. We were shown to a table by the older of the two waitresses who left us sitting there for 15 minutes while she chatted with her friends about posts on Facebook. She walked through the dining room several times and never looked at us nor offered to get our drinks. We finally got disgusted and walked out. Will never revisit this restaurant again! Went down the street to Roma Pizza and were treated like royalty. Very bad customer service. If you don't want to work, then don't ruin it for the establishment. Very disappointed in our experience!

Perfect dive experience.chill bartender, no bad attitudes from thr locals. Indoor smoking but they got smoke eaters so it's not obnoxious. Karaoke night is dope, they just want you to participate, bad, good, everyone was supportive. I can't praise this place enough. If I lived here I'd carve my name in a seat. 10/10 can't wait til I'm in the area again. Was referred by a "dive" that has since crossed over.

Awesome atmosphere and an excellent experience. We stopped at another bar but it wasn't the local dive we had in mind and the bartender sent us to Crossroads. Went in for a drink or two and had the best time! The locals were cool af, I'm pretty sure everyone there did karaoke at least once, and the service was on point! If you swing through, make sure to order pickle shots
