Dairy Queen (Treat)

Very disappointed that the seasonal blizzard peppermint bark was “sold out” in the beginning of December. The location chose not to replenish the ingredients. Really?!. I called around and every other location is carrying it. We went to the other store and got it.

They took a bite out of my blizzard and then proceeded to mix it thinking I wouldn’t notice

The staff is always amazing and of course the blizzards are perfect!

Usually would never review DQ but here I am due to bad customer service. Ordered my daughter a new menu item. Brownies tasted like chemicals. I told the employee and asked her for a plain vanilla cone instead (charged full price. She had one bite of the $7 item and they didn’t even offer an apology). I tasted it myself something was definitely off. Not one smile or thank you, complete lack of customer service skills.

I showed up at 8:30 and they already turned off the "open" sign. I asked the girl as she was cleaning up and she said we're closed. The sign on the door says 9 pm. She did not have a care in the world. Very disappointed.

Ordered a blizzard with chocolate ice cream and was made with vanilla. Employee REFUSED to make a new blizzard. Will NEVER go back there again.

Was just there 15 minutes ago and waited 7 minutes and could not get any service. I said hello twice and could not get anybody to come out from the back to wait on me. I only wanted an ice cream cone. But I left empty handed. Horrible service. Will never go back.

It's DQ. All basically the same. Ice milk, not ice cream. I grew up on it, love it for a treat maybe a few times a year.

This place consistently closes 10-15 min earlier than stated on website. Poor.

I have been to this place several times, and as always had good experience, and this visit was not an exception. There is plenty of parking available. The store has enough seats and a nice ambiance to eat inside. The service is usually fast except on weekends due to the crowd. They make very good blizzards, shakes, and soft serves. Overall good place and gave me the "tried their ice cream cakes" and definitely worth it.
