I have been to this place several times, and as always had good experience, and this visit was not an exception. There is plenty of parking available. The store has enough seats and a nice ambiance to eat inside. The service is usually fast except on weekends due to the crowd. They make very good blizzards, shakes, and soft serves. Overall good place and gave me the "tried their ice cream cakes" and definitely worth it.

I found the staff to be extremely rude. I recently visited and asked specifically for a chocolate health blizzard with chocolate ice cream. The kid working made the wrong thing and refused to remake. Not the best customer service when a simple fix would have been to remake it. I guess that is what happens when child is a manager.

I had an ice cream cake made at this location for a murder mystery dinner. They knocked it out of the park and made it look fantastic. Would definitely go out of my way to use this specific location again in the future.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I decided to go here to buy my two kids a hard-earned blizzard after their baseball game. However, our order took over half an hour, and when I looked behind the counter to see what was going on in the back room I witnessed what no dad should ever have to experience when buying a treat for his family. One of the managers (a short woman in her 60’s) was slamming several beers down with their hand shoved into their pants. The rest of the employees seemed to be texting and playing games on their phone. This behavior is simply unacceptable, and I find it shocking how this location is still in business.
