Eat dinner there last night. Exceptional food. I've had the privilege of dining at Michelin starred restaurants around the world and De La Terre is on par. Feel extremely lucky to have this restaurant nearby in Downingtown. We had the set menu and all the items were superb, flavorful, and perfectly plated. My 12 year old son wanted to try escargot. My sister in law, who speaks French fluently and has spent much time in France, booked us a table for tonight. The restaurant is lovely, smelled clean and inviting as soon as I stepped in. The ambiance is pleasant without being stuffy or conceited.
