The staff not friendly! Charge for a cup of water , extra cup or even the sleeve , which protects your hand from too hot liquid ! Awful experience ! Don’t recommend at all .

I asked about allergens in hash brown for my kid and I got weird response from counter. They asked if I’ve ever eaten hash brown and told me no one asked about it in last 5 years. Would be better if they can improve their communication

The order I had was gross. The 2pc bagel mini was under baked, and the ham slider had way too much mustard. And who ever learned to make an ice latte, didn’t listen when I said I wanted a mocha latte and they gave me a plain iced latte! It was gross! They didn’t speak English well! Actually didn’t listen to what I ordered! And watch your tires folks! They have an open valve that will slice your tires. And when I asked what type of donuts they have they said you have to check out back tomorrow? What donut place is out of Donuts???? Seriously!!!

Honestly every time I go they make my caramel ice coffee perfect, and they have the best hash browns out of most the Dunkin’s ive gone too, they always come out crispy, this is my go to Dunkin when my wife is craving

Online order #5118 on 3/28/25, I ordered a large iced coffee with 9 cream, they didn't put a drop of cream in. Refused to refund over the phone.

I have used this Dunkin for a quick stop and grab donuts, coffee and some chai latte. This is located closer to the Olive Garden and Regal cinema, which makes it easy to grab some coffee before or after a movie. The drive in can be challenging at times, otherwise its a easy pull out. They do have enough parking spots if you decide to go in the store. The store is maintained well, and service is fast.
