This Dunkin sucks. They always mess up my order. Drinks are never made with ingredients they are supposed to have. I’ve gotten handed the wrong order many times.

I have somewhat frequent issues with drinks or food here. The food is often cold but I’ve had less issues with drink orders. The staff is friendly. Today I received a wake up wrap COVERED in the chipotle sauce. After scraping it off it still wasn’t edible. Don’t know how anyone thought it was acceptable to serve.

I’m not one to leave negative review, but I’ve been a regular customer for the last year. The people who work at this Dunkin’ Donuts (by crops) are the absolute rudest. I finally asked the one guy, “why are you being so rude?” And he yelled at me through the speaker and told me to leave the line (which is impossible unless I jump the curb). I will go to any other Dunkin in the area whenever possible and always get good service at the other 3 in my area. This one on 322 is my VERY last case resort. I often tend to go inside just so I don’t have to deal with the rudeness at the drive-through if I do end up having to go there. They need to do better!

Food was a combination of overcooked and undercooked (burned cheese and barely tosted bread. Macha was only filled 85% of the cup. Staff is nice but does not seem to care about doing a top notch job.

I love my Local Dunkin! Their line is always super quick, their coffee is delicious, and their breakfast sandwiches are slammin! This one is particularly fast. Note: I only use the drive thru.

I am really tired of the way that I’ve been treated here in the drive through over multiple occasions. I have off during the week certain days, I’ve came in the later afternoon for a breakfast sandwich and the man serving me asked me if I was “unemployed, do you have a job “ How rude? God forbid that I don’t have to wake up at 5 AM to go into work at Dunkin’ Donuts. Absolutely rude. Today the same person was working behind the counter, not the person who served me, but they both looked at me and looked at each other and were laughing as they shut the door. You guys work at Dunkin’ Donuts… Just a gentle reminder. I also don’t mind continuing to leave reviews like this because it seems like a lot of people have commented on here about rude service

The family that runs this one is very nice. Double check your drink orders dough. If you are ordering a fancy latte for someone or yourself, make sure they don't forget to include the extra ingredient for whatever you're requesting. Example, if you order a vanilla latte and want pumpkin added to it, just double-check that they put the pumpkin in it before you leave. This is not a negative dig on anybody working inside because they are used to making standard drinks all the time. So if you order something fancy or complicated, just know they don't make your particular drink all the time and people make mistakes. Remember to be kind to everyone, this family is very kind.

This Dunkin' is my stop every morning on my way to work. I don't even remember my own order anymore because when I pull up to the drive thru they already have it in! My tea is always made perfectly and the food is always fresh and warm. They keep the drive-thru line moving, there's hardly ever much of a wait.
Anything I've ever ordered hot is made fresh and comes out great. Donuts are consistent.
