Rude people working there. Counter service used to be friendly, don’t know what happened. Go in there now to get a couple of coffee’s and they act like they are doing you a favor. Don’t think so, I will just go somewhere else. Felt very rushed, was going to order more but didn’t have the chance. The girl just put the coffee’s down, never said a word to me throughout, and honestly, I didn’t know if that was my order or another order that I was picking up. I just figured it was mine. What horrible (I won’t even call it service).

This is located on Horshoepike in strip mall where crops and rite aid are located. The parking is challenging for this location, but you can park closer or use their drive-through. I have done both ordering in and also through drive-through. They are very fast in service and of course it's Dunkin' it's got be fast right ! The staff is friendly and courteous and takes and gives out orders well. The location interior is maintained well with seats. The food, as such bagels, hash browns, and donuts, is your dunkin style and meets sane taste and standards as other locations. Try this place and you might well like it !!!

I do not live around here but I visit my best friend every other weekend. We go to this Dunkin when I am here. I assume this man is the manager or owner but every time we go through the drive thru, he rushes you to hurry up and finish your ordering by cutting you off and saying "anything else? Anything else?" instead of waiting for you to finish talking. Today my bestie said "two sausage egg and cheese" as the first items. He hastily repeated that order and said "anything else" and then she proceeded to place my coffee order which he cut her off while she was trying to say what she wanted in the coffee and then had to add it to the order, then again kept cutting her off. Once at the window, we were handed our drinks (p.s. my drink was wrong) and we were missing one of the sandwiches. My bestie said that she ordered two SEC sandwiches and he said angrily "no you didn't you ordered one" and she said "no I said two but you talk so fast and interrupt and I can't finish" and he argued that the line is long so he has to hurry. Ummmm...so ok dude now the line is even longer because we had to sit there and wait for another sandwich to be made because you are in such a rush to push peoples drive thru ordering that you didn't listen the first time. The other people that work the drive thru are very pleasant and do not keep cutting people off saying "anything else anything else" and they let the person finish what they are saying. Maybe you sir should take a lesson from your employees. Do better.

Family went to get a cup of coffee, and the service was pretty slow, however on leaving we realized the parking lot is a horrible design and dangerous due to part of the curb jutting out a good 8-9 feet in the middle of the lot that is hard to see, with people there constantly rushing to leave and not paying attention it can cause damage and an accident.

Walked in an the woman at the counter immediately and very rudely told me to use the screen on the wall to order. I told her I actually came in because I was having trouble with the app. She was extremely rude the whole time and refused to help. All I wanted to do was order what was on my phone and use multiple gift cards at once(which the app doesn't let you do). She kept saying I couldn't do that and to do it on my phone. Have never had this issue at any other location and definitely wont be coming back to this one again. Worst customer service Ive probably ever received just in general in the service industry.

Prices are a bit high but with it! It just kills me paying that much for a coffee ... least it was worth it bc it was delicious. ?
Literally every time I place a mobile order they don’t have something in my order. Not sure why the app doesn’t update and mark things as sold out at this store. The complete absence of customer service makes it even worse when my orders are never correct. If there was literally any other coffee place in the area, I would never come here again.

The donuts and. Sandwiches are freaking, So is their coffee. The Sourdough egg and bacon sandwich is excellent, but it needs seasoning and maybe a slice. Menu doesn't say that nor do you get a suggestion at drive through. Service was good but server I had was hard to understand and not very pleasant.

Food and Coffee are really good, but I’d say the service is poor. This is now the second time I’ve ordered a croissant sandwich, but was given a bagel sandwich. One time I can understand, but when it happens again, then I start to get annoyed. I’m a high school student who doesn’t have a lot of time in the morning. I don’t want to deal with a messed up order that I ordered online.
