Me and my wife went here for some iced coffee. I did a mobile📱 order on the app and was very pleased with the process. I chose the option to pickup inside. When I got to the front door it was locked. Thankfully we fit through the drive through and were able to get our drinks🥤that way. The coffee was good and hit the spot perfectly.

I always go to this Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s the closest one from my house. The one girl who works there , Kara , is my favorite because she MIXES my drink EVERY single time. When Kara is not working , my drink is never mixed!!!! Caramel sauce will be all in the bottom of my coffee and I always need to stir it myself which makes me mad because I just paid $3.58 for my medium coffee. All I’m saying is people need to take lessons from Kara and STIR THE BEVERAGES!!!!! Kara is the only reason I keep going back. Thanks Kara!

I do not have a nice experience here. I ordered two strawberry donuts in the self-order kiosk and paid. Few minutes later a lady comes and said strawberry donuts are not available. I requested to cancel my order and give me just one vanila frosted donut instead. She replied she does not know how to cancel the order and was reluctant t0 offer any help. I was in a hurry and hence took two other vanilla frosted donuts and left. It is ok if someone dont know how to cancel an order, but why dont you call your manager or someone else who can do this job??
