Far Away Farm was recommended to me by a local, and I cannot wait to go back. The chicken salad sandwich was one of the best things I have tasted in months, and that was overshadowed by the apple cider muffin, rolled in cinamon sugar. Truly one of the best lunch stops I've had in years - I would drive 2 hours again just to stop here.

Stopped by on a whim, and got some fresh ground beef. Very happy with the quality and taste! I will definitely go back to have breakfast.

This is a hidden gem with great food and service! I’ve had breakfast sandwiches here a number of times and they’re excellent. They also have excellent home baked goods! Also enjoyed a few of their prepared dinners.

Went for our first time today, and placed an order to go. Not only were we there for 20 minutes before they came out and said sorry it’ll be 15 more minutes (pretty sure they forgot about the order because everyone there already had food) but when we got home, our rushed-to-make burger was completely rare and we weren’t able to give it to our son, because of how rare it was. Would not reccomend!

A very quaint eatery with lovely desserts and delicious breakfasts. The portions are generous. They even substituted for a gluten free wrap for my wife.

That oatmeal bread... I... I just can't figure it out. Is there cocaine in the dough? But that wouldn't be cost-effective. Why do I react to it as I do? I dream about that oatmeal bread. I plan my week so I can be at Faraway when the bread comes out of the ovens, to buy a loaf or two before the in-the-know locals take it all. I can eat one of these enormous loaves in a single day if I'm not careful... in the CAR if I have a long drive. A peak bread experience. Pam and Cara are lovely, by the way. Always a warm welcome from the good people of Faraway Farm.

One of the best kept secrets in Chester County. Great little bakery, sandwich shop, and ice cream place. Dine in or take-out. Love stopping by to grab a breakfast sandwich and some baked goods!

I found this place by happy accident. My wife suggested we go there for breakfast one Saturday and good lord, it was awesome. The food is outstanding with perfect portions. The desserts are simply the best, the baker is spectacular. I have placed several orders from the "Dinners to-go" menu and have been very happy with the taste and quality of the dinners. Cara is very responsive to requests and the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Everybody that works there is quite pleasant. I highly recommend you try them out. The oatmeal bread is to die for.

We love this wonderful little gem! Charming and warm with wonderful food, yummy baked goods. We recently held our daughter's bridal shower here. Very accommodating, friendly and the food was amazing! Cara was a great help with the planning and attentive to our wishes. Give it a try and you'll have a new go-to place to make any moment special!

Far Away Farms was an amazing place to host and cater my small bridal shower. My fiancé & I have been fans of this local hidden gem for a long time. It always feels homey and welcoming, baked goods to die for and menu items even better. I knew the casual country feel would be perfectly fitting for a non-fussy shower. Whether you’re just stopping for a coffee and treat, having lunch there or inquiring about catering, it’s a great decision. You’ve gotta try a lemon bar!
