Food is very good. The customer service is very bad. I had to wait 10 minutes for napkins after my food was done because no one spoke English and just stared at me and asked do you understand me they said yes and didn’t do anything to help me out until the person that was at the register came back, even though I already paid And got my food and only needed napkins this will be my last time eating here which makes me Very disappointed

I ordered an Italian Stromboli through Door dash on 4/4/24, and it was utterly disgusting first of all they loaded it with so much cheese and less meat then didn't follow directions I asked for sweet peppers and they put big chunky green peppers inside of it I literally barfed when I took a bite but atleast the D.D people gave me some of my money back but I'll never order nothing from these people again!

Those slushies!!!. Had the slushies again...yum. A great pizza, nice crust. It was busy but the counter people were on it. No one waited too long and everyone was taken care of. We are lucky to have such a nice business in Downingtown.

Ordered from this restaurant for the first time last week. Food was fantastic. Service was really good too. Definitely ordering from again and again.
This place is the best in downingtown. Their cheese steak is number 1 in downingtown by a long shot. Please hit this spot up they are true to our town and have always been here for us citizens. I will order from them until the day I die. Dtown forever. Also the staff is amazing literally everyone there is a great human being.

VERY disappointed. Ordered the Italian "special" Michael hoagie (have had a million times, been going here for 40 years.) it was very bland , very little meat(sliced thinner then paper) and NO CHEESE....not sure how that happens on an Italian hoagie. I realize everything is more expensive now but if i'm paying the increased price I expect the original quality. Not sure the situation but hope it improves.
