So frustrated with The Juice Pod. I had a 40 dollar gift card and tried to use it and it apparently can ONLY be used at the place it was bought, not any Juice Pod. I was furious as I was banking on that giftcard for my family's lunch. Owners, reach out and make this right.
Poor service. Had to wait at least twenty minutes so the staff could make smoothie bowls for the five people behind me too. Then I either received the wrong bowl, or they just didn’t add everything I paid for. Too expensive to omit items. Then my acai mix was frozen. Couldn’t even eat it right away. Plus, they charge a surcharge for the use of your credit card. But there’s no sign up to tell you that beforehand. No thanks.
The Sea Isle location was so accommodating to my son’s allergy…willing to go above and beyond to make our trip not only delicious, but safe. Thank you!!
