The take out counter person needs manners and customer service training.

I will not give my money to Rude people that need customer service training. This was take out at 3 pm it was not busy. I called for a manager and she was not any better. She made excuses and could not use proper grammar

Amazing food. Really good wings, the best pizza in the exton/west Chester area. Live music certain nights. Multiple bars. Only down side is that it gets really busy in there when you are trying to eat dinner with the family, especially on Thurs, Fri and sat.

I’ve been coming here a couple times a month since I moved to the area 8 years ago. I’ve had over a dozen items on their menu and love the pizza, Italian parm sub, and meatball parm sub the most. Always fast friendly service and the atmosphere is great, especially when there’s live music.

Last visit I bought a large anti pasta and had a nice conversation with an Italian lady who was getting taken out as well. The anti pasta is very good but not only 70% Italian accurate. Not a problem for me though. I have gotten their parms, pasta and pizza. Never a disappointment

These people pour their lives into this business and you can tell. Top notch food and service every time, great live music, and the best pizza around.

First off, this place is packed. I arrived just before 6. Great family vibe. Liones has brought so much life to that shopping center. It’s great to see. I came here a lot growing up and loved their stuffed pizza variety. This was my first time here in almost a decade. If it wasn’t so packed, I would’ve grabbed a slice this time around.

The picture on the left and right is Liones, the picture on the right is another local establishment. Same price. Same order. Are there onions? Is there cheese? I’ve heard good things about their steaks, I also saw their IG story earlier in the day which made me want to drive from MontCo and needless to say, I was disappointed.

The fries were different than 95% of places, which was a positive. I wish they were left in the fryer a little longer, but I didn’t ask for that.

Maybe I’m being a Scrooge, but I also felt like when I was checking out, after I said my number, #620, and after the cashiers looked at the receipt and saw $0 tip in a take out order I drove 80 min for, they were not happy. “It is what it is”.

I’m happy for the owners. Great group of familiar faces behind the counter. It’s nice to see how far they’ve come.

I leave this review with no malice ❤️
