I never leave reviews about restaurants but I had to today. I wasn’t going to stop at McDonald’s, but I decided to last minute and it was not a disappointment. Mary, one of the drive-thru workers and cashiers gave me the most pleasant fast food experience I have ever had. She was so kind and accommodative and said her day was going outstanding to every single customers and had such a bright, positive, and uplifting attitude. My food was out as soon as I got to the window and I no kidding think it was the best McDonald’s cheeseburger I’ve ever had. Great job team! Keep up the good work.

Ordered iced coffee from the kiosk. Was handed hot coffee and a cup of ice. Manager argued with me for 2 minutes about how I must have ordered wrong instead of just remaking the drink. If clicking on a picture of what you want is “ordering wrong” then maybe they should stop replacing employees with touchscreens… it’s obviously too sophisticated for us layman to tackle
