Nice Chinese Restaurant

I absolutely love this restaurant! Every time I come here, the food is fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. The portions are generous, the menu has so many amazing options, and everything always tastes consistently perfect.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the entire experience even better. Whether I’m dining in or ordering takeout, everything is always packaged with care and made quickly without sacrificing quality.

This is easily my favorite Chinese restaurant, and I recommend it to everyone. If you’re looking for great food, this place will make you come back to again and again this is it! The biggest thing is I don’t even live around the corner but make the trip every-time or door-dash just to get their food! no other chinese restaurant i’ll go to!

Great Chinese take out option

Food was meh. Nothing special.

But what really bothered me as they charge 3% for you to use your debit card. That is illegal. They can charge you if you use a credit card. I did not. They don’t care. I’m going to be reporting them to the Attorney General. The law is specific. Debit transactions are treated differently than credit transactions.

Food was bad. They charge a 3% surcharge for DEBIT cards, which is illegal, per the Durbin Act. You can charge for using a credit card, but not Debit. They don’t care. We shall see what the Attorney General says. Don’t go. Place was dirty.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Lo mein sucked. Wonton sucked. Fried rice sucked. Didn’t even give any sauces in the bag. Panda Express would have been a better option and they are trash. If u think this place has good Chinese food u do not know what good actually means. Or you haven’t eaten in over a week.

This chineserestaurant is located within a small strip mall with a lot of food options nearby. You do have an online ordering option, but I called the store and placed an order.They said the food will be ready in fifteen minutes. I placed an order for vegetable fried rice, and Hunan hot chicken with white rice.
The parking option is shared with a lot of other shops.However, they have plenty of parking available. As I went to the restaurant you can see there is a dining option with a lot of tables and chairs but I don't believe they do table service. .You can order at the counter, pick up the food and eat at the table. The interior decor was good and the restaurant was kept nice snd clean. No wonder they named it nice.
Like any other chinese restaurants, they have a huge menu with several combinations that you can mix it up with white rice, fried rice, lo mein & chow maine. Prices are a little higher.I understand that with the inflation and other things.
The food was ready when I reached, the staff greeted and appeared much friendly than a typical chinese takeout.
Note that they charge a fee for non cash transactions.
Fried rice texture and consistency was spot on. I would have expected some more veggies. The color was yellowish but the taste was okay and once I mixed it with the sauce and hot oil they gave it was good.
The Hunan chicken was much better than veg fried rice. The chicken tasted very good. The white rice consistency was awesome and then with the sauce it was perfect.
I will definitely try other options here. Worth a visit and quick food delivery with good taste. I have ha much better chinese takeout but this one is definitely on the list.

This is a small shopping center eat-in/take-out restaurant. About 2/3rds of it are counter and kitchen area. All drinks are bottles in a cooler. I ate in, ordered at the counter and sat down. The food was served promptly when done and was piping hot. The food was in takeout containers with plastic utensils. Vegetable Bean Curd Soup was loaded with ingredients. Beef with Mixed Vegetables was also ample. The woman at the counter carried on a loud conversation in Chinese with the kitchen help. I have read reviews complaining about the atmosphere or lack thereof, but realistically if you want atmosphere this is not the place to find it. I found the food tasty, ample and served quickly. That was exactly what I wanted.

Family owned and run local Chinese spot. VERY friendly staff and portions to a size i consistently safe half for leftovers. Menu has all the options you expect of a Chinese restaurant, your chicken or steak dishes, your lo meins and rices. Can get out arouns $13-$17/person and If you live in Downingtown you probably already have coupons for them in your mail.

Got food poisoning from sweet & sour chicken on Christmas Eve. Had been here a few times before without incident.

We ordered 4 meals for take out. Food was to be ready for 6:15 pick up. We waited for 30 minutes for our order. They could not find our order!! When we got home, some food was cold. There was no sauce for sweet and sour meal. Will never go again !!! Horrible customer service!!!

They really are nice! I usually get Chinese food from another place but now they close at 8 and Nice is open until 9:30 so I gave them a try. The food was great and a large is really big! Very nice people too!
