As expected food and service were excellent! My wife and I love the ribs- the meat just falls off the bone-sweet tender and extremely taste.Their tomatoe salad is taste and very filling.
As far as the food goes, utterly fantastic. A great range of choices, and nothing our party had was short of delicious. The wait was a bit on the long side, and the prices are somewhat high, but nothing unreasonable for fine dining. The restaurant itself is incredibly loud, however, to the point that it's difficult to hear someone sitting right next to you. All the surfaces are sound-reflective, so it doesn't seem that much thought was given to keeping tone down. Plus, there's music playing out of a plethora of in-ceiling speakers (one of which was right above our table). Is it worth the noise? Absolutely. One of the best meals I've had in the area. Just be prepared to concentrate more on the food than the conversation.
It was our first time at the Noble Goat, but definitely will return! The food was spectacular and so many good options. The cheese board is huge, and the trout, ribs, mushroom bao buns, pizza, and soy glazed octopus were cooked perfectly and so flavorful. Also a great twist on an Old Fashion. The service was very attentive and never felt rushed at all.
The best heirloom tomatoes, burrata and focaccia! I had the prosciutto peach pizza and my husband has the burger. Great cocktails too!
They did a great job on the interior, but they don't need to play music while people are eating. No one goes to a restaurant to listen to background music, unless it's a live band; you're there to enjoy the food and the company. The food was good, but the portions are small and the prices are a bit steep for what you get. They were short-staffed (at least I hope that's the rationale for our waiter, who was handling both waitressing and bartending duties), which led to poor service. That's a management issue and not a wait staff issue. We will go back to eat at the bar on a less busy night.
First time and it was outstanding. The atmosphere and service was great and we loved the Korean BBQ salmon and the rainbow trout.
The food from start to finish was excellent. And the timing at which the meal was served was right on point. Great place and will be back.
We've eaten at The Noble Goat several times. We have enjoyed the small plates, sometimes choosing them for an entire meal. They are quite innovative. The pizzas are also delicious. Their homemade sourdough bread is just wonderful, as are the truffle fries and the bao buns.
We visited this restaurant last night and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was enjoyable, and the quality of ingredients stood out. However, the service was extremely slow, which took away from the overall experience. It took a long time for our order to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. We understand that sometimes restaurants can be understaffed or busy, but there didn't seem to be much urgency or communication from the staff. If you're going for the food alone, it's worth a visit. But if you're looking for efficient service or are on a tight schedule, you might want to keep that in mind.
Main enter of Korean bbq salmon was excellent. Server was very attentive but not overbearing

Noble Goat is always consistently top notch. It was the first visit for one of my friends and she loved it. The summer addition of the corn pizza is a must. Don't miss it.
The amount of food you get for your happy hour items is not worth the price. Other happy hours around the area give you way more for the same price.. or less.
Food was delicious. The crab fondue was excellent. Had not had that before. The trout is always amazing! Our server, Jess was wonderful. The cocktails were delicious. Do wish we could still bring our own wine.
Very friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere and terrific food. The calamari might be the best I've ever had!!
Went for Father's Day Lunch, menu options and cocktails were tasty. Ambiance with chill music and cozy interior decorating was a nice surprise for us both. We will be back again!
