Very understaffed for the “most expensive” Asian food in the area. I ordered over 140$ worth of take out for dinner on a Saturday night. I was told it would be ready in 25minutes and it took almost a hour to be ready. After picking up the order and getting home I realized one of the main platters was missing. This place hands down best in all area! It crushes every other restaurant. The sushi incredible! Super fancy, fresh, clean, diverse, and it caps other sushi restaurants. The service is fast, attentive, friendly, calm and just a great peaceful night. Many people should go here, and stop buying sushi from the grocery stores, go get authentic and diverse here.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they accommodate for everyone no matter what.

Okinii Downingtown is hands down, the best Sushi in all of Chester County PA. Great atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. Chefs are fast, and the quality and taste are unmatched by price-point. Every menu item we have tried is excellent, but my favorite is the Sushi-Pizza. The wife has to have the Pink-Lady Roll every time without fail. If you are in the area and are looking for sushi, look no further than this gem, hidden in plain view!
The staff is very pleasant and the service is great which is why I gave it the two stars but the take out Chinese I got was pretty awful. The sesame chicken was hard and I could barley chew it. The rice was very bland.

Terrible lady on the front was RUDE! I’ve never has this experience before she had blonde hair. Not sure if she was racist but made me pay for something I didn’t eat and did not like!!! I only paid to not cause any trouble and I had my child.

My toddler aged daughter and I went in on a Friday night and were immediately seated by a friendly waitress. My daughter had a craving for noodles [as all toddlers do]. She had the side order of Hibachi noodles and an appetizer of edamame. I had the hibachi steak dinner. Wonderful choice!The side order of noodles was an excellent choice- perfect size for an excellent price.My dinner was HUGE for the price. Steak was excellent.This place is down the road from my house. Will definitely come back.Kid-friendliness: The staff were so kind to my daughter.
