TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Since I’ve been fired over me taking a day when my pet died. 3 more managers were fired and the bakery manager quit. This is not a place you want to shop or work at as long as Heidi Eagles is the head of HR there

I’ve been a customer at crops, for many years, starting back to the original location many years ago… We have always enjoyed shopping here for best quality of everything and also when you had your flower department and we would order flowers for many of our children’s recitals… Also many delicious birthday cakes over the years… the prepared section of food has delicious and high-quality food also! So the day before Thanksgiving this year, in the afternoon, our sister-in-law needed us to make last-minute green bean casserole for up to 20 people… with us both working that day neither of us had time to make it… And also knowing that all other grocery stores had to have their orders in a day or so in advance… So when I called croppers the nice helpful assistant put Jim on the phone. thar is the boss of prepared foods… he was so kind, and also letting me know that all the orders were already in, but he would make two trays immediately for me, and I could pick them up in a few hours… I was delighted that he offered to do this for me at the last minute and I picked them up, and the next day heated them to take to our thanksgiving dinner… It was the most delicious green bean casserole that any of us ever had in our lives! Thank you again, Jim for last minute service, and your kindness and helpfulness also! I can’t say enough about the quality of your food, and the kindness of Jim, for coming through for us! Thank you again!😀

This one lady was very rude to my daughter. She has special needs and She yelled at her and made her feel really uncomfortable. REALLY RECOMMEND NOT TO SHOP THERE!!!!!!!!
