This location constantly forgets to include toppings and dressings. Now I have a nice dry hoagie to eat

This is too small and skinny to be primo. Will never order again. $14 for this is robbery. Wawa would have given a better hoagie for half the price.

Waited for 20 minutes in store as other people came in after us and were served, then we find out when asking that our order was given to another customer…..we waited another 20 minutes for them to remake our order, very bad experience!

Love their hoes but ended up ordering a tray and they put tuna Diablo in it instead of turkey. Diablo I had no choice but to serve it because I was bringing it home. I would definitely recommend making sure the order matches what you actually ordered before you leave the store. They've done that with hoagies in the past and not just like they put tomatoes home when you asked for not tomatoes. Just like the wrong hoagie all together. It seems to be specifically in this location because every other location that I've ever gone to is spot on 100% of the time

The chicken Parmesan is fake chicken like frozen fake chicken out of the frozen food section it’s not even real chicken breast didn’t have much flavor at all and they couldn’t even cut the sub in half primo was just not a good sandwich shop. It’s just a step above Subway don’t waste your money

What happened?? Did you change the sizing of your hoagies? Did you instruct your employees to portion out the rolls instead of leaving them whole?? Yesterday evening I ordered 2 Italian Diablo primo size, 1 turkey primo size.
All of our hoagie rolls were cut having no ends on them, basically we got the middles of the rolls. They were A LOT smaller than what primo size used to be. There was barely any meat on them, maybe 2-3 slices of each type of meat along with rationed toppings, what a joke. The hoagies we received were not at all worth what I paid for them. 3 (not at all) primo sized hoagies n 1 bag of kettle chips for $50 is insaaaane.

There’s significantly less meat on this Italian hoagie than there used to be, and same with the cheesesteak that we got. I’m hoping this is a one-off because I really love primos but I was very disappointed tonight

What you get vs what is advertised. I know it’s not going to be the exact same but $14 for this is crazy. After seeing the other reviews idk if I’d go back. The owner said on other comments about giving them another chance but doesn’t seem to actually offer to fix it. Maybe it’s the people working. Who knows

Out of town visitor, bought 4 sandwiches to go. 3 out 4 sandwiches were good( turkey & cheese, Italian , and cheese steak) The 4 th hoagie…a veggie diablo was terrible, missing cheese and very little eggplant & broccoli robe. Basically a bread sandwich ?. Too many Italian deli’s around to settle for a mediocre sandwich
