First time ordering from this location and probs won't be back. Walked in to pickup online order and girl at counter wasn't welcoming at all. Two guys in back looked miserable just standing there. Got home and my side of pickles was missing and the roll was rock hard. Have ordered from other locations with no issues.

My family has ordered from this place at least a dozen times and they have never gotten the order 100% correct. The toppings are wrong and the sandwiches are inconsistent. And on top of that, this place takes wayyy too long to make food. I always have to wait when I pick them up. Today the employee who took the order talked over me, made me repeat myself multiple times, and I had to wait for 10 minutes once I got there. And they still got it wrong. Never going to this Primos again.

Order was done when I got there. I was short on cash for chips and the nice lady took care of the 1.15 I was short. I understand it's Christmas eve but I got home to find the sandwiches were wrong. Tried to call it was 3:30. No answer. Very disappointed I was looking forward to eating.

Tried to call multiple times in the early afternoon to place a big order,no answer.After seeing the reviews I think we got lucky by going somewhere else.
Super cute interior. The whole atmosphere is awesome. Service was great too. Will go there again.Parking: You have to park behind the building and go around the block to get there.
