Really disappointed in the new owners closing shop and not announcing the dates like the old owners did. I even asked in October when they would be closing and was met with a dodgy “i don’t know”. Rita’s is the best but the new owners need improvement

Thinking or water ice, I think about Rita's. This place is just off Lancaster Ave, with very limited parking. But I am able to get in get out most of the time. Our favorite at this place is always mango ice.Good place and good water ice. Try this place.

I am not pleased with this because one of the workers got my order wrong. I ordered a twist ice cream with Oreo topping and in a cone. Instead a worker in a purple shirt gave me a vanilla ice cream with oreo’s and in a CUP. I clearly said that I wanted it in a cone, and I even said it twice. This was at 3:30 -3:40 when this happened on a Sunday, June 4th. When I told them they got my order wrong, I could tell by the workers voice that they didn’t really care.

The water ice is melted when they give it to you and they don’t have pretzels. They have a pretzel machine but are too lazy to fill it. The last 2 times I went they served me melted water ice. Won’t be going here anymore. Richies water ice in Coatesville is way better. Don’t waste your time here.

This store will refuse the Rita's gift card. For months they were telling customers that the "gift card machine is broken/not working." If you confront them about it, they will tell you the real reason. Something about issues with the corporate office. Please resolve this.
