I ordered a 3 taco combo and requested fire sauce. There was no fire sauce in the bag. There were also no napkins in the bag. The tacos were poorly wrapped. I picked one from the bag, and a quarter of the taco contents fell into the bag. The girl at the window seemed uninterested in working. Check your bag before driving away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t answer their phone period!!! And I had an issue with my order and needed refunded. NO ANSWER. DONT EVER GO TO THEM!!

Bruh it's Taco Bell.. if you like Taco Bell food which I do this location is the best! The staff is great they make perfect taco bell food. I go out of my way when the craving hits these people deserve a raise!

I ordered a veggie bowl and made sure the bag said “veggie bowl.” But when I got home, I found rice with chicken in it instead. The customer service was terrible. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Note to management: Please train your employees better. Mistakes like this are unacceptable..

It's Taco Bell, so the five star for food is because it's exactly what I expected from a fast food restaurant. Food was fresh, wait time was reasonable and employees were courteous. Store and food prep area appeared to be kept clean and condiments were well stocked.

Seriously, do not waste your time with them. This is the fourth order they've screwed up, they just stand around talking while people are getting backed up ordering food and after waiting forever, your order will likely be screwed up. Your time and money is much better spent elsewhere

This place never gets our order right. Half of what we ordered wasn't in the bag. The other half was wrong. I've given this place several chances since it's close to my in-laws' house, but it's just not worth having to make several trips just to get what I ordered the first time.

Rude drive thru people. Didn't get order right. Didn't offer or give receipt. Went inside to get order corrected, the staff argued with me. Had them reprint the receipt. They then saw they were wrong. Gave us missing burrito and attitude that was not needed.

Had some food delivered for an easy Sunday night, but probably should have sucked it up and done it myself. I don’t get what is going on at this location, but it seems that evening shift royally sucks. My son’s taco was a JOKE. We even paid for toppings and they weren’t put in. There was barely any meat. Some other items were under filled.

It’s NOT HARD to measure the same amount each time. The very basic of fast food is consistency and it seems workers don’t care to even do that.

For management: If you like making money, fix these things now. Did you know your location “runs out of meat” almost every time I’m there in the evening? Maybe you need to pay your employees a better wage?
