I dropped my taco and the manager noticed and immediately brought over a new taco. Definitely wasn’t expecting a replacement- I was mostly just embarrassed, but the manager and staff helped me feel better about it :) so kind!

I pulled through the drive through and ordered 2 beef chalupa meal with no sour cream. They gave me chicken and sour cream. The chalupas were stale and hard. Probably from yesterday. Quality at this Taco Bell is probably the worst I’ve ever had.

The further away from the inner city you go the better the customer service gets and this is no different here the people inside are social, they address you and look at you when they're doing it, once in a while they'll Rush your food and it'll come out all jacked up but at least it doesn't smell like weed and people hooting and hollering in the kitchen and not really doing any work because they know they can't get fired and that's why I like this place you got a 95% chance of success!

My experience here was terrible on all fronts and the employees are just pathetic. The food was cold, we were missing an item and tried to go back to the drive thru to retrieve the missing item and they said “sorry we’re closed”….. 2 HOURS EARLY. ? We told them we are missing an item and they said “oh yeah we’re all out of that.” Don’t waste your money here. It’s rlly bad we won’t be coming here again

Missing an item every time I order from this location. Already reported 3 times, got response from Melissa Parker that to pick up missing item. Looks like no steps taken to improve quality of service. Pathetic! How can you expect a customer to check the order every time from drive thru? Also less stuffing in taco/ chalupa compared to other Taco Bell around. Never order again.
