I was raised old school Italian, so I know good Italian food. I was told Altamonte's was authentic so I bought food there for a dinner I was preparing for extended family. I spent $60 on sauce, meatballs, and bread!! So I had some high expectations. Sadly, my family and I were disappointed. Altamonte's is NOT authentic Italian. Messed up our take out order and refused to refund our money. One items was left out, one item was stale, and one was incorrectly prepared. We won’t be going back.
Stopped in to the Doylestown location and ate the best pork sandwich ever! (w/ onion and mozzarella cheese) I love the lasagna too!
