Arrived @ 1:00 opening on a Friday. Parking available in lot. No line. Customized service. Table seating in sun or shade. We'd forgotten how delicious soft serve ice cream can be!

Imagine this - it’s Saturday, wait Sunday, and the humidity is 86%, almost the same as the temperature which is 89. It’s hot AF and you just want to cool down. Have to get some water ice, right? Wrong. Have to get THE water ice - Annie’s. Now you’re here with me, great.This is by far the best water ice in PA. The soft serve is also as smooth as it looks. Words are not going to do it justice so just go and get some.Would recommend to families, friends, future in-laws and the like. Will be back soon!
It's decent. Sweet and cold on a hot day, but definitely not the best soft serve. Seems looser and grainier than even Rita's.

Charged me $8 for 2 cups of mush... unacceptable. Shouldn't be charging that much for ice that isn't even frozen, the girl was apologetic and gave refund but will not come back.. $3.50 for a small cup is ridiculous and absurd, should only pay $1.50

Expensive. Ordered a hot fudge sundae. It was grainy soft serve with a drizzle of chocolate over whipped cream. Very disappointing. I miss Dairy Queen!
