This was our third time at CC. We like to learn about the wines from different regions of the world and Mike Conti the sommelier is a delightful and interesting instructor. The catering is always excellent - the accompanying meals perfectly paired with the wines of the region. I highly recommend this experience for a fun and educational evening.
The prepared meals are incredible. Beautifully prepared, fresh and delicious, generous serving size. Excellent communication and patience with a mistake I made. I strongly recommend this business.
We did the parent/child cooking class and would highly recommend it. It’s a true cooking class where you are making all elements, not just constructing with pre-made servings. We will be looking again for more classes and camps.
