I asked what sandwiches may have hashbrowns on it I saw it on the website and wanted to try it. Guy walked away an said I couldn't decide...I realize places get busy but the number one thing is not to be fast but efficient I hope this guy reads this. The second guy much nicer an helped me figure out what I needed although when I asked for butter on the side he said they don't do that which I thought was super wierd. Food is good just odd experience.

I went in to order a bagel with cream cheese, and the service was okay, but I was disappointed with the bagel and cream cheese. I'm from NJ so I know we place a high standard on the amount of cream cheese but to charge over $4 and get a smear on my bagel is just sad. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Every time I go in here the people at the counter act like they’ve never read their own menu. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee and there was much confusion over both items. My coffee was made with the wrong milk and the staff gave me an attitude about it. The food itself is also disgusting and unappetizing to look at.

I’ve never been to a place that notoriously forgets the food you bought, I can’t tell you how how many times I’ve had it o remind the guys that something is missing or as I’m in my car I noticed they forgot something from the bakery. It’s a pretty simple process and I tip them every time.
