John and his team at Roman Delight in Fountainville were absolutely incredible! We go there often for dinner and hosting my son’s first birthday party there was beyond perfect. The patio space was amazing for a January celebration and we even had to turn off the heaters because everyone was so comfortable. The food was outstanding and the wait staff was truly phenomenal. Most days I enjoy the service and the environment. There's often a small group of us that go there. We generally go after karate and sometimes it's 30 to 45 minutes before they close. Peyton is the best waitress in there.
