Came for happy hour for 2 on a Wednesday. Ordered the nachos and lemon pepper chicken wings. Pretty good variety of beer. Good crispy wings. Friendly and warm bartenders especially Faith - she came to check on us frequently. Good live music. I would come back since its hard to find good service nowadays and happy hour ends at 7pm.

Prior to being seated, we were told they were short staffed and that the wait would be ten minutes, no big deal there! Our waiter gave us water, took our appetizer order, then never came to check on us again! We received our appetizers from staff that were running orders and the food was good, no problems there. I totally get being short staffed. However, for over 40+ minutes, our waiter never came to see if we needed anything, wanted beverages other than water or if we wanted to order entrees. Needless to say we left before getting the bill, we left cash on the table covering what we ordered, minimal tip left. To the young man with blonde hair, sorry, not sorry...

We LOVE Penn Taproom. Nick, Alby, Gabby, Carley, Payton, Paige, Megan, Faith, Adam and the entire staff are very fast and friendly. Many beers in tap and countless cocktail options. The food is elevated bar food. Famous Smash burgers, the soft pretzels with cheese dip, Ahi Tuna, rice bowls, tacos, taco salads, weekly specials, this food choices are endless and very good quality. Come with your friends, catch a game, dance with the juke box or just sit in their large, open air garden or grab a table at this large open window bar.
