This is less of a complaint and more of just a disappointment. The pretzels are delicious, freshly made, and reasonably priced. My disappointment came when I purchased "The Crowd Pleaser" yesterday. I chose the item after looking at the website. It was to bring to a small office as an afternoon treat and small token of appreciation. Very limited selection for 3pm. Saturday afternoon. We wanted rivets but they didn't have any. We ended up getting 25 pretzels and that only came with plain yellow mustard, I only like spicy mustard. On the plus side the pretzels we're delicious!

Went in for mini pretzels cause the New Britain location was closed, no power. Sales associate did not know how to register purchase for credit on reward card. Manager should instruct employees in all aspect of sales. If a reward program is offered, know how to apply rewards. Very simple. Pretzels were great.
