Went in for mini pretzels cause the New Britain location was closed, no power. Sales associate did not know how to register purchase for credit on reward card. Manager should instruct employees in all aspect of sales. If a reward program is offered, know how to apply rewards. Very simple. Pretzels were great.

Worst pretzel factory around. Literally only serve the standard pretzels and nothing else on their menu is ever available. What’s the point of having a menu selection if nothing is ever available?

Needed an additional copy of my receipt for bookkeeping purposes. Young lady said it would be impossible to get another copy, even handwritten. Then she hung up on me while I was still speaking. Purchased pretzels there for all our events but no more. Really rude.

Didn't care for this location. Doesn't have anything ready except cold pretzels. He made us hotdog pretzels and the dough was so thin and hardly any I was totally disappointed. Been to over 12 different locations and all made the same except this one. Sells ice cream but only had a few flavors in the coolers out of his whole list. Won't go back to this one.

This is less of a complaint and more of just a disappointment. The pretzels are delicious, freshly made, and reasonably priced. My disappointment came when I purchased "The Crowd Pleaser" yesterday. I chose the item after looking at the website. It was to bring to a small office as an afternoon treat and small token of appreciation. My gripe comes from the difference in how the item is presented online vs what I picked up. Instead of being arranged in a "Pretzel Factory" box they were simply put in a brown paper bag. I was a little embarrassed when I dropped them off. There's no doubt they were enjoyed, it just took some of my enjoyment as the presenter of the goodies.

If you want a cold almost stale pretzel this is your place. But their hours kinda suck so good luck getting that pretzel!
They hardly ever have nuggets in stock. But the regular pretzels are great!
Who can argue with reasonably priced soft pretzels.
