My girlfriend and I shared a wonderful meal at Slate Bleu. We weren't starving so we split an appetizer dinner kind of tomato tartlet which was very tasty, and a big bowl of pasta. The service was excellent, the decor and feel of the atmosphere was polished, and the food was great. We had a great time and will eat there again soon .
Food is always amazing, and service is great! Our server, Christian was wonderful, gave us perfect recommendations and was just the right amount of attentive! Always recommend Slate Bleu to Doylestown newcomers and visitors!
Food was fabulous. Our waitress was wonderful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because we had reserved a dinner party, and they couldn't sit us all together. Later, I realized there was an upstairs dining area that wasn't in use, which would have been nice for them to have put us there, so we could have all sat together.
