“We love the food and have come for dinner 4 times since opening. We ordered take out last night and two items on our order were missing and of course we didn’t notice until we sat down to eat. SO Frustrating, and I even asked the girl if that was our entire order when she handed me the bag as we had a large ($$) order and it didn’t seem like it could all fit. We called the restaurant and told them that we were not going to drive back to pick them up at this point (parking lot is a nightmare on a Saturday eve) and just wanted a credit. She said mgr would call us back and never did. Seems like a lot of inexperienced people work there.“

“I have eaten and gotten takeout from Panera in Doylestown for many many years. I love it there, the atmosphere is always nice and cozy and the food is always wonderful and very tasty. I absolutely love their new Soufflés, soo good!

The staff is amazing, always friendly, kind, and smiling. They all work very hard to make sure everything is correct and ready in a timely manner.

In this day and age it's tough to be in the restaurant business especially when supply chains don't always work right, with customers who are very busy and sometimes have higher expectations than what is reasonable. But the staff at the Panera in Doylestown are always kind and handle those tough situations with grace.

“Have been coming here for a long time, and it never occurred to me to leave a review. My wife and I eat lunch from here ~4 x a week. It’s super healthy, always fresh, many topping options and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. In the rare instance there is a mistake made, they always take care of it.
Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!“

“Went to Olive Garden on Bethlehem Pike today Friday 8/28/2026. Very pleased with our waiter Greg gave wonderful service, very Pleasant, knowledgeable of there menu. Had delicious chicken dumpling and there tossed salad house dressing along with Lunch size shrimp scampi angel hair pasta with asparagus and chopped tomatoes and shrimp in a delicious garlic sauce. Oops almost forgot about there basket of garlic bread So yummy So Perfectly Delicious !😋

“The food was good, but honestly, just average. The female server was very attentive, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, especially for a restaurant. That being said, I would still come back. The girls were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They never made us feel rushed, which I really appreciated.“

“Food always tastes great! Their steak Lo Mein was delicious and the portions are pretty decent. We always get sesame chicken extra crispy, with light sauce and its great every time. And their crab rangoon is crispy and light. Been going here for years, will continue to do so.“

“The waiters are so kind and they are extremely attentive. We got the wonton soup, Szechuan chicken, and General Tso combo. All the food was delicious, the General Tso was made with a white meat too. They also have the original hot mustard and not the cheap stuff.“
