I have made a lot of pizzas in my day so my assessment here is overall this is a solid pizza but I do have a few concerns. One is the price is too high for what you get. I know this is Doylestown and rent is high but it is just too high. Second there is a delicate balance in a brick oven pizza to getting enough char for taste and texture and burnt. I feel the three times I have tried their pizza it has been way overdone. Also fresh basil should always go on AFTER the pizza comes...

we were visiting from chicago and our friends took us here for some amazing pizza and i was obsessed. i got the capricciosa pizza which was phenomenal …the tomato sauce was just amazing. and i got the arugula salad which is a very simple salad but oh my god it was the best arugula salad i ever had.

Went to high school with Rob and always heard back then how he wanted his own pizza spot. Wish I hadn’t wait this long to finally venture out this way and try it because it was delicious. I will definitely be back.
