I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime....read full review
The two working the drive-through this morning were such a breath of fresh air! So friendly and engaging it made my morning! Oh and the coffee is good too.
How about treating our police officers with the respect they deserve? I will never patronize a Starbucks or purchase anything associated with them. Hmmm...I wonder who people will call when they need an authority figure to get them out of a life-threatening situation. Perhaps one of their snowflake friends who feel "threatened" by police presence.
