We've been going to Baco Bistro since we moved to the Doylestown area 2 years ago. The food is outstanding, the service is outstanding, but most of all it's the overall Ambience and feeling of family and friends that you get when you walk in the door and continues until you finished your meal. Stick to the pizza, their drunken brooklyn is amazing. Got other food this time that was all below average. Chicken parm sandwich small with barely any chicken, mac and cheese that had the pasta extremely hard and wings that were plain.

It was very busy, but the host squeezed us in. Our server, Anna was excellent. She did a great job with our table of five. She was very attentive and helpful. The pizza was very nice, with a light crust and flavorful sauce. The salad and calamari were also well prepared. I'm glad we came. I look forward to returning. The customer-centered approach was obvious.
