Vitality fit kitchen is the best meal prep service! I love how fresh everything is and that they use local ingredients! Being a new mom it’s amazing that they deliver. It’s so nice to be able to go into the fridge and pop a meal into the microwave and know that I’m eating something healthy, filling, and quick! This meal prep service has saved me so much time! The French toast is my favorite breakfast meal! HIGHLY recommend!

They use locally sourced ingredients, including local meats, unlike other meal services! The beef is from a local farm in Perkasie.
I really love all their meals, I’ve tried almost every one they offer and have been using them since mid spring.
My favorites are the burger bowls and the overnight oats (38grams of protein!)
All their meals are high protein low calorie perfect for loosing weight and maintaining...
