I have taken several classes and enjoyed every experience. They are very informative, interesting, and fun! The take-out meals are also fantastic and include generous portions of several delicious courses. Denis and his staff are very talented and dedicated to excellent customer service. Conquering Cuisine is top notch!
This was our third time at CC. We like to learn about the wines from different regions of the world and Mike Conti the sommelier is a delightful and interesting instructor. The catering is always excellent - the accompanying meals perfectly paired with the wines of the region. I highly recommend this experience for a fun and educational evening.
