Italian Village Pizza Dravosburg

2 hours for my order this evening. Missing item, told the driver to take it off the bill. Called the store because the food was also cold. Was hung up on twice, lady that said refunded back to the card also hung up when I started to ask for the owner. If you are that busy & that understaffed, maybe stop delivering for a bit or warn patrons of longer delivery times, not lie and say it's 45 min to 1 hr.

Italian Village Pizza dropped my food on the floor and tried to sell it to me anyway.
Thankfully I saw them do it and stopped them immediately.
I can confirm that this is a common practice as the gentleman that manages a number of ITALIAN VILLAGE PIZZAS was standing there watching it all happen

I door dashed a pepperoni Sicilian 16 cut and its AMAZING. Nice crunch to the crust. My first time ordering and i will definitely order one again

That was old and/or not stored properly and dried out. It shouldn't have been used.

IVP is the best in the area!! Anthony and his team are awesome. Slices all day there!! Not like some other shops that are moving.

Pick up order. pizza crust was soggy. Pick a slice out of box and it just was limp. Steak hoagie was also soggy. Lettuce was nasty. Tomatoes were as thin as tissue paper. Couldn't find the peppers and onion. Italian Village used to be so good. Not anymore. Called and spoke to manager. He seemed to have a oh well too bad attitude. Did offer to make us new food, but I'm just disenchanted now

The food is overall good… however they have a habit of consistently forgetting toppings on salads or pizza. They have the best food overall that delivers- if it is correct.

The pizza is very good here as I'm sure other items are on the menu. The owner bites all types of employees, even ones with disabilities. I'd recommend this place to anyone, over big chain restaurants. Shop small, shop local. 🍕 🍕 🍕

Bought a Italian wedgie last week best ever. This week not so much. It actually has chunks of meat. Like you would use in a antipasto salad. Very disappointed. I drive right pass mama pepinos village needs to step up!

Amazing sandwiches but they were out of ketchup. The week before they were out of pasta. I would still say if you're in the area stop by take a chance
