The only negative in my dining experience was rather than clearing tables by hand after the party has left they come around with this wheeled cart and collect the dishes. It was loud and then we saw all these plates piled in these tubs and it really ruined the experience.
I've been here a few times before with my family. The food is good depending on what you get. We ordered the hot honey pizza and it was unfortunately real soggy on the bottom. The cucumber martini tested like hand sanitizer. The ricotta board is our favorite so far. It definitely is loud in the restaurant due to the open space and nothing to absorb the sound. Maybe it'll be good next time we go but im not quite sure.
Dinner was great! The Ricotta Board is wonderful. Should not be missed if you go there. Spicy Tuna was excellent. Our server, Michelle was the best!
Eveyone's food was very salty. This is the second time we had this experience. The last time, we told a manager who acted offended. We won't be going back.
Bests efforts sometimes fall short.... Hard to heat up meatballs with sauce alone, and service was pretty bad. Appetizers were delivered and within minutes dinner showed up. It was as if they couldn't get the food out of the kitchen fast enough. Exacerbated by a waitress that really should be doing something else, as there was no efficient follow up and we sat 17 minutes with dessert menus before she even returned to see if we wanted anything. Great effort here, not really. Nothing special when you have food flung at you and servers that do not care and clearly no management oversight. Pass this location!!
Service was poor. We had to ask for a waitress to take our order and the food comes out when ready so some people receive their food and other sit and wait. This makes for a bad dining experience.
My husband and I have dined here on several occasions. The last few times we have not been impressed, specifically with the chicken dishes. I ordered the chicken piccata. After the first bite, I didn't eat anymore. The chicken tasted like they boiled it and warmed it up when they made the sauce. The chicken was very dry and had no seasoning. “Real” chicken piccata, the chicken is lightly dusted with flour and pan seared, this wasn't the case. I also had most recently the Chicken San Remo, the chicken was so dry. Same situation, no love in the prep of the chicken. It's sad, we have come to enjoy this place but I'm running out of options.
The restaurant was clean and appealing but the food , service and drinks were not. Be warned that you will be served your food at different times as others from your table. So someone will be sitting there awkwardly watching as the others eat. I got the chicken Parmesan. It was dried out and mostly tasteless. I tried to order two common cocktails neither of which they were able to serve me so I settled on the hibiscus margarita which was Bitter and undrinkable. The waiter did not come by to see if the drinks were satisfactory so I was unable to order something different that may have been more palatable. Overall, not a good experience. The tartufu however was fabulous
We went here the other day and the vibes and atmosphere are great. The lady who helped us was nice but didnt seem happy with any decision we made.
We ordered two pizzas for the table. They were okay. Nothing special, no real flavor just dough sauce and the toppings. I would be willing to try them again though.
Maria was very nice and accommodating and welcoming

We love dining at LaScala! We love the menu, variety & the quality of the food. And our meal there is made that much better by our favorite server Maria!
Really great pizza
The food is excellent. The menu is not very extensive so there might not be something for everyone so look online before you go there. (No burgers, etc. What restaurant doesn't have burgers?). Apparently the kids go-to on the menu is the Vodka Penne.
The atmosphere is nice but it gets noisy and it's busy. Overall I like the place but be prepared for a higher bill at the end.
Food was good .. Maria was awesome very attentive
