They forgot a cheeseburger in my order yesterday. I called and spoke with Nicole, and of course, she was very apologetic. I went back today to get the cheeseburger, and she was sweet enough to give me a little extra. Accidents happen. Great management service.
The person who met me at the register apparently was having a rough day. She was barely civil and was sullen and rude throughout my mercifully limited time in her presence.Parking: The flow of traffic around the restaurant is hectic. Be extremely careful coming out of the drive-thru. Backup out of any of the parking spaces without care, and you will quickly know what I mean.
