Our server Jules K. was outstanding! Very attentive, knew the menu and made recommendations. Food was excellent! I highly recommend the Buffalo shrimp as an appetizer. The red stone burger was cooked to perfection and with thick angus beef! I added the Mac and cheese instead of fries. It was so good! Will definitely go back!

Nice atmosphere. Great customer service. I ordered the Tito's drink but want impressed. The crispy shrimp scampi was ok but it had TOO much sauce. And the cornbread was kind of dry and wasn't warm. The house salad lettuce was wilted.

Our waitress had to be the slowest waitress on earth so that wasn't fun as all. Seemed to cater to the other tables. The food wasnt that great at all. Manager is amazing and rectified the situation rather quickly. Probably won't ever return though.

The place was beautiful and picturesque. We went for a birthday celebration and it was 12 of us. The menu is pretty pricy for the portions they give you. I ordered a cobb steak salad and strawberry lemonade with a kids tenders meal with an extra side of french fries and a beverage. Then ordered an extra kids meal to go with a side of fries. My bill came to $86 plus gratuity. The strawberry lemonade was not good and the amount of fries was shameful. However, the cornbread was good and you bearly notice the jalapeños in it. The salad was excellent I would recommend that. Other orders included cheese steak egg rolls, brussel sprouts, short ribs, baked chicken, crab cakes, wings, and salad with alcoholic beverages. Now they did complain how nasty the drinks were to the table not the place. The place just feel like its missing something with the disconnect between the ambiance and the food. The server was ok knowing ahead of time what she would make in gratuity didn't make the service any better. I'm not sure if I would go back. But, if so, I would try the outdoor seating at dusk and maybe that would help.
Parking: There are close spots for handicapped parking by the door.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu but no crayons.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is on the first floor and has wide isles to maneuver through.

After we waited a long time to get a server. Despite reservations. They served us ice tea with no lemon. They served our meal with no silverware or napkins when finished we had to ask for a dessert menu. Not a great night

Dined outside. My first time at this location. I had a very poor experience at Redstone Plymouth Meeting and had planned on not returning to the restaurant. I was very pleased to see that this location had opened. Extremely good service. Very pretty outside seating and the food was on point. Glad I have a new location to go to.
Our food was so delicious and the deseerts were worth the money (the chocolate cake could feed 2-3 people - it was a huge slice!) Our server Carla was so nice and very attentive. It was a great experience.

The server was efficient, attentive and friendly. The food was tasty. I had the Parmesan crusted haddock which was delicious. My husband had the Bbq chicken which was very good. The dessert portion was huge. It took three of us to finish it. We shall return to this restaurant.

Our waiter Jose could have been more attentive. However this may be a staffing issue. Either way, we needed to ask to order upon completion of our appetizers, we had to ask for refills on water, we had to ask for the check. The female attendant who delivered our food to the table was fabulous! Great energy!! I did not get her name.

There is a wide variety of entrees to choose from the menu in addition to specials. The drinks were very good and the service was excellent. I would recommend the restaurant. We will be back!

Excellent attitude of staff - aim to please. Well spoken and listen well. Facility is clean, welcoming and cozy in bar booth tables. Baked potatoes were perfectly cooked, 3 beef entrees we tried were up to par. For our preference, RT could leave the peppers out of the cornbread and herbs out of the au jus. Chocolate chip cookie dessert was a nice treat.
