LOOOOOOVE their bagels. They are ALWAYS fresh and absolutely delicious!! Their rosemary and olive bagel and egg everything are my favorites. Great coffee and very friendly employees make this a fantastic stop if in the area!!

I'd like to compliment whoever came up with the idea of the bagel being the same from top to bottom...
I'm not sure if it was one person that came up with that idea or it was a team but it was genius

have enough, bagels assortments
Especially around different holidays they should have apple cinnamon...
Whenever I come in they have hardly any bagels...
If they don't start changing their ways regarding having variety people are going to start to go elsewhere...
Love this place management and staff are wonderful...
Very clean.
The decor should have some nice paintings in there and have it brighter.
There should be some beautiful pictures of bagels and history written of this corporation...
I hope to see more variety of bagels and that it's consistent moving forward...

I don't know why, but it seems like every time I order for takeout from here, something is wrong with the order or something is missing. Someone is stapling to-go bags together to signal they're double-checked, but I would advise everyone to check for themselves. I've had to come back for cream cheese, missing bagels, retail items, etc. This type of error has happened more often than not in my experience at this location.

Very little customer service. No hello, no thank you. They ask for tips but provide no customer service

This was a very disappointing egg and cheese sandwich. The other half had a normal quantity of egg and cheese. The pictured half was exactly as pictured.

Great service and food.

Had an issue with a delivery order and the guys working there today went above and beyond to help me. Bagels are always fresh and delicious every time I’ve been here as well. Tried a breakfast sandwich as well, and it’s absolutely loaded and thick. Love it

They made the perfect bagel and lox. I requested whitefish salad to be added. NP. They assembled it all with the perfect portions of each ingredient and the bagel was the best! Well Done!

Most overpriced and smallest bagel i ever had. Super small then add a speciality cream cheese for 7 dollars. Plus its hard on the outside. First and last time
