I took my sons for the first time to Starbucks to enjoy some hot chocolate. After they took our order, it took 30 minutes to get our mediocre drinks. I prompted two different baristas two different times. Both said we were next, but still waited. The hot chocolate and first-time starbucks experience was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but not providing a timeframe (30 minutes) for a drink and making us wait after being told "next" was frustrating. My boys don't want to go to starbucks anymore.

At 825am, this was happening at Starbucks. All the while, customers are trying to enjoy their coffee and eating. The chemical smell they were spraying was horrible. This wasn't due to a spill they apparently scrape tiles during business hours. It's totally unacceptable!

I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte in the drive thru, it came out super sweet I could taste more sugar/syrup than espresso (I was not upset next time I will order it with less pumps) Paris had it remade for me & took great care of me! She was very friendly & hospitable. Thank you Paris!!

This is hands down the worst Starbucks. The service is unbearably slow. I’ve tried to get coffee here twice in the past week and had to leave after sitting in the drive through line for 20 minutes. I will not be back.

Love sitting outside on an Autumn morning. Tried my first PSL...delicious!! And the new pesto, egg breakfast sandwich is totally yummy!
Customer service is always exceptional! Food and drinks are always correct, and everyone is polite. Place is very clean as well and they are very fast through the drive thru. I enjoy coming to dresher for this

I never ever leave reviews but hope that this is shared with the entire team in hopes of the right barista knowing it was her! I wish I caught her name. I was having an exceptionally lousy day yesterday and she went out of her way to show so much kindness that I’ll take with me for life! Thank you to whomever you were and hope the good karma is returned!!!
