Slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to- took 27 mins to get from the order to receiving drink in drive thru

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever been to. The drive-through always takes 30 minutes as the service is horrible. They're always out of stuff too, which is just mind-boggling, especially since this is in some bougie development.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I'm literally in line now while I'm writing this.
It's always sorry for that wait, once you finally reached the window.

The management has declined to possibly The worst presently. My half decaf plain coffee is 2 1/2 times the.price it was months ago. The floor s and counters are sticky and the wait time is insane. The majority of employees are undertrained and turn over is high. The quality staff are pressured, over used and pushed to burn out. It is not the coffee house it used to be and shouldn't be promoted as a friendly atmosphere.

The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. They made my drink wrong and overcharged me. they corrected the drink but did not correct the charge. As a former Starbucks partner, I can confidently say this place needs a new staff.

This Starbucks has no more good quality and service. Old location was better!! Surprisingly some cafe down the street called Paris Baguette has better Coffee and great food options as well CLEAN TABLES to work on.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. They never should have closed the one nearby, this one can’t handle the extra business. Don’t go through the drive through if you have to be somewhere or you’ll most likely be late.

Starbucks as a whole needs to work on drinks.. honestly they need to make sure every drink can be made in less than 2 minutes if they have a drive thru. They set their employees up for failure. If you come up with a new drink maybe do a real world test before introduced. Wait 25 mins in line for a drink and the two cars in front of us only had 3 drinks total 25 minutes to make 4 drinks is crazy. Starbucks needs a deep dive into it business. This is every location not just this one.
